A private, nonprofit, nonsectarian agency providing services to families and individuals from infancy to the end of life. Programs offered at our offices in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard Counties include: training foster parents, placing HIV+ infants in loving homes, mentoring at-risk adolescents, helping teen parents get their GED, supporting victims of domestic violence and sex abuse, in-home services for the elderly and adult disabled, adult day care and more. Not all services available in all locations.
