Inspirit Counseling Services provides counseling to couples, families, individuals, children & teens
Inspirit has a staff of professional therapists representing a diversity of mental health disciplines including Licensed Certified Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Professional Couselors and Pastoral Counselors. We determines counseling fees on a sliding scale, accessing insurance coverage at the client's request whenever possible. Inspirit provides over 11,000 hours of counseling and serves approximately 1300 new clients annually. We are certified by the American Association of Pastoral Counselors as an accredited service center. Inspirit is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit agency served by a Board of Directors.

Counselor was wonderful. Told me set copay amount due at every session. Three months later received a bill charging 4 times the amount I had been paying per session due to insurance not covering the whole amount. This first invoice was stamped past due although this was the first I had been notified. Before receiving a second invoice, a collection agency notified me I owed double the amount of the first invoice. While the counselor I met with was wonderful, this company neglects its core "values and mission". With their clientele already in a vulnerable state due to re nature of their services, they have abandoned their purpose and cause unnecessary distress on their cleints by utilizing disorganized, disgraceful, and corrupt business practices.

What is your primary product or service?
We are dedicated to strengthening emotional and spiritual health by providing counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, seniors, and refugees. We also offer premarital counseling program and a caregiver's counseling program.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are dedicated to strengthening emotional and spiritual health through counseling.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 23 locations throughout the Baltimore-Washington area and we continue to expand.

We accept cash, check and credit cards.

We offer day, evening and weekend appointments.
