Congress has failed to address the plight of the homeowner and by doing so, they have tried to place the full blame of the meltdown onto their shoulders by not providing any viable, high impact provisions in the bill to help people back onto their feet.
An inconsiderate taxpayer public has also contributed as America follows it's greedy path to destruction. Our nation has become a selfish one where individuals worry more about their self-centered needs above those of their friends, neighbors, co-workers and even their relatives.
