Aertight has been in business since 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer On-Site Computer and Network Support.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Aertight was started by two friends who have known each other for over 25 years. The friends who started Aertight worked for various large telecom providers and ISP's before forming Aertight.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Service. Plain and simple. The level of service you receive from a local provider like Aertight is much greater than the big-chain businesses can deliver.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one office with over 2400sf of space located in Severna Park, MD. We're interested in expanding in the next 6 months.

We are located directly accross RT. 2 from the Earleigh Heights Fire Dept in a building called the Earleigh Heights Plaza.

Our President and VP run the business and operations at Aertight, along with our Office Manager.
