How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have had a love for cars & trucks since I was young and I decided to make my childhood hobby my career. I throughly enjoy helping get family and friends back on the road in a safe and affordable way. I try to take the pain and guesswork out of automotive service by being and hiring highly skilled technicians who get the job done right the first time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We fashion ourselves as a one stop shop. With rates 30% below dealership charges and a customer base that has been loyal for the past 20 years we found the formula to great auto repair service. We are reliable, affordable and we treat every customer that walks through our door like family.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and our focus is not so much about expansion but continued growth in our community. We helped begin the Gwynns Falls Business and Community Association to revitalize the neighborhood and unify the people within it.
