I worked in a restaurant right out of high school because I didn't know what I wanted to go to college for. After a year I said, "I could do this so much better" and went to Penn State and studied Hotel Restaurant Management. I've worked every position in a restaurant and bar over the last 16 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The biggest difference is the atmosphere...you have to see it to understand.

We're located at 10 South Calvert Street (3 blocks from the Inner Harbor between Baltimore and Lombard Streets)

cash and all major credit cards
What are your hours of operation?
Currently: Tues-Thurs 5-10pm Fri and Sat 5-midnight. We have plans to open for lunch real soon.
