How long have you been in business?
Exchange Pro has been in business since October, 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
Our company is a personal property brokerage which is dedicated to bridging the gap between buyers and sellers of capital assets.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Exchange Pro came into fruition amidst the economic trials of the U.S. and the world over the past couple of years. We decided that despite the downturn in the economy, people would invariably have the need to buy and sell. We wanted to help mend the disconnect between buyers and sellers who would otherwise make an exchange if they were not separated by different marketing channels.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our business works across a wide continuum of products and service categories. We deal with all sorts of personal property from jewelry to arts and collectibles, which distinguishes us from companies focusing on a narrow market.
In addition, our extensive network of suppliers and shoppers enables us to facilitate fast, efficient, property exchanges to help save customers the time, work, and money involved with buying or selling.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our primary office location is in Baltimore, MD. However, we provide services to the entire U.S. and the bulk of our customers are located outside of Maryland.
Exchange Pro intends to expand into other countries over the next couple of years, with expectations of servicing Canada being in the not so distant future (within a few months).

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, certified checks, cashiers checks, PayPal, and EFT (electronic funds transfer). Cash is not a conventional form of payment at the moment. However, we will consider this form of payment if the need arises.

We serve the entire United States, as previously mentioned.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned by David Newby (President), who is also in charge of daily operations.

Sat, 9-5PM (EST)
We are closed Sundays and on federal holidays.
