How long have you been in business?
NoWorriesIT began as a full-service IT support company for both the PC and Mac platforms in 1999.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide small businesses with Managed IT Services support including backup & disaster recovery, remote monitoring & management, trouble-shooting daily technology issues, planning & implementing expansion projects, and consulting on future budgeting & projections.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Don McCombie, President and founder of NoWorriesIT, began as a graphic designer on the early Macs in the early 1990s. As he developed relationships with various printers in the community, he found that he was often asked for assistance with Mac software or hardware issues. Eventually, he morphed his graphics business into a Mac-only IT consultancy called docuMacs, Inc. Once docuMacs expanded to include servicing both PCs and Macs, Don changed the company name to NoWorriesIT, added staff, and moved out of his home office into the current location at the Airport Business Park in Westminster, MD.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
NoWorriesIT gives personal, professional, and expert service - with a big emphasis on the "personal." We believe that our small business clients appreciate having a personal relationship with our staff; appreciate being able to speak to the President of the company about any issue or concern; appreciate knowing the same systems engineer will appear onsite each visit and he will really understand their office system. We differeniate ourselves because we are committed to delivering Knowledgeable, Personable, Prompt service - every time!
