Like many companies, we were founded out of necessity based on an unfulfilled need. While insurance carriers have their own best interest in mind, Photo File was created to protect the insured in the event of a loss. We realize the value of having proof of what property was stolen, damaged, or destroyed BEFORE the loss occurs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
To the best of our knowledge, there is no other company in this part of the country that does what we do. We perform a service that everyone knows they need; we know exactly what insurance companies require in the event of a claim. We put people in the position to better their chances of being made whole in the event of a property loss.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location.
What type of payments do you accept?
We provide a detailed statement upon completion and currently accept payment by check.
Which areas do you service?
Although we primarily service Baltimore and the surrounding areas, we have worked in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York.

8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; however, our appointments are flexible per the customer's request
