How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for Avon Products, Inc on the sales side for 30 years and consistently traveled. to many parts of the world in all formats including flying, cruising and touring. My love of travel increased dramatically and I wanted to move over to the travel industry after retiring from Avon. I completed various courses of study in the travel industry, completing both my MASTER CRUISE COUNSELOR program with CRUISELINE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION and also completed my CERTIFIED TRAVEL COUNSELOR program with THE TRAVEL INSTITUTE.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I specialize in selling travel to French Polynesia and am a Certified Tahitian Tiare Agent; and in addition; focus on working with discerning demanding clients that desire exotic trips around the world such as safaris, The Galapagos Islands and other unique areas including The Antarctica. Also, work with many honeymoon clients and those celebrating milestone celebrations that desire luxury travels to exclusive destinations. Yes, I have traveled to the areas that I specialize in.

Most all of my business is referrals from my clients; and I feel that referrals are the greatest compliment I can receive. I have received many letters thanking me for the detailed arrangements that may have included a dinner on the beach at sunset; however again it is the referrals that really tell me what my clients think of my services.
