ULB is structured like medical insurance with a network of local law firms providing legal services for no charge or discount. All contact with your selected attorney is direct, private and confidential. No additional charge services include Preparation of basic Estate Documents such as wills & advance directives, Unlimited Advice & Consultation, Review of legal documents and certain court representations. All other matters subject to discounts of minimum 25%. Families develop a long lasting, personal relationship with their attorney similar to the relationship they have with their doctor.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Members select their law firm from our network of participating firms after which all contact is direct, private and confidential between them an their attorney. Other legal plans are accessed through toll free phone numbers,subscribers are screened by strangers and referred for services to various law firms.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One main office .... Over 25 participating law firms in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania (our covered area) ...

ULB Administrative Offices are located on Padonia Rd.just East of York Rd. Because all member contact is direct with their chosen law firms, these independent firms will provide members with directions as needed.
What type of payments do you accept?
Most payments are received from Companies and organizations that sponsor the ULB Plan through payroll deductions. Because the ULB Plan is portable, many members elect to keep coverage if they change employment. For this reason and for individual family memberships, we accept checks, VISA and MASTERCARD.
